The Families in Society website was a complete redesign of the existing site. I finished the design early this year, but the implementation of the site has taken much longer than initially expected. The old site was asp and SQL database driven with over 3500 PDF records. The transfer of the data and searchable PDF content has proven a challenge. The Alliance partnered with a firm in Australia to get the programming and data transfer worked out. We are still in the process of working out some bugs, but this site will offer more than we had before, plus the ability to update the site ourselves without inccuring more programming cost like the old site.

The new site will offer pay-per-view and more search features than before.
